At Foxy Teas, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with our clear and efficient Shipping & Returns policies. Our standard delivery time is 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can easily monitor your package. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, delivery times may vary. You can always check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided.
We offer shipping across the US, APO, UK, and Canada. If your country at checkout has shipping options available, then we ship to your country. Returns Policy
Please note that, for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any tea products if opened. If your product is unopened, then you can request for a refund within 7 day of receipt. Otherwise, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve the issue, in some cases if we are sold out of the item, we will offer you an alternative replacement, store credit or refund if you received damaged or broken goods. After this period, we will be unable to offer exchanges or returns for tea accessories.
