Standard delivery times are between 3-14 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your product is ready for shipment. If you are ordering during the holiday season, please know that delivery times may vary. Please revert back to the tracking number to see where your order is at. We deliver anywhere in the US, APO and most countries. If you live outside of the US and have tried to place an order though our website, chances are, we do not deliver to your country and apologize for this inconvenience. You may return your product within 30 days of purchase to our distribution center for a full refund. The item(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. If you would like to return your product back for FREE, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping the item back. Failure to do so, will result in you taking responsibility for the shipping. We will not honor ANY returns if you return the item using a shipper of your choice, it must be with USPS with the instructions we provide to you. Failure to follow these steps will allow us to refuse a return on shipping costs. We will however honor the return, if the product(s) are returned in good condition as mentioned above.
