INDIAN CHAI

Aromatic and flavorful, Indian Chai is a spiced tea blend crafted with black tea, milk, and traditional spices like cardamom and ginger.

Ingredients
  

  • Water
  • Milk 
  • tea leaves or tea bags
  • sugar
  • spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, pepper etc.)

Instructions
 

  • Boil Water: Heat about 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add Tea Leaves/Tea Bags: Add a generous amount of tea leaves or 2–3 tea bags for a strong brew. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Incorporate Spices (Optional): Add spices like cardamom, ginger, or cloves for flavor. Simmer for another minute.
  • Pour Milk: Add ½ cup milk (adjust for preference) and bring to a gentle boil.
  • Sweeten: Stir in sugar to taste. Let it simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
  • Strain and Serve: Strain the chai into a cup and enjoy!
